The extended deadline for returning signed & notarized easements, per Chugach Electric’s (CEA) rescheduling of AtoA, is October 31. Between November and December of 2022, CEA will review the access rights (easements) to determine if and how much of the AtoA project can be implemented.

If you received an easement request and have not yet returned it, please do so by October 31.

Please note that CEA declared they WILL NOT file the easements unless the project occurs. So there is no advantage in waiting for your neighbors to also sign and return easements.
